Honeymoon Part 2 - The Room!

We couldn't wait to get to our room!! After dreaming and fantasising about coming here for the past 9 months, it felt so amazing to finally arrive.

From the jetty we were wisked away on a buggy for a quick tour around the island. It was so good to see everything straight away and it helped us get our bearings.

Loved these super cute plates on the buggy

All I wanted for our honeymoon was something tropical, overwater bungalow with a plunge pool, The W retreat and Spa was my first choice! So happy we splurged and stayed here.
We stayed in an Ocean Oasis.

It was like a dream

The water was so crystal clear, We saw sharks, Manta rays and lots of tropical fish from the walkway.

Hands down the most amazing room we have stayed in.

It was so wonderful to wake up to this view in the morning

We loved the little peep hole in the floor.

I love welcome chocolates and I love how D doesn't like sweets! All mine!!

a cute kaleidoscope, I hadn't used one of these in years...

the amazing deck

within 5 minutes, he was in.

then this...

I had a dip too :)

Unfortunately we did have some bad weather on our first 2 days. We watched this crazy storm creep closer and closer and then it bucketed down!

There was even a little BBQ on the deck if you wanted to cook your own steak, we wanted to do this but it sprinkled most nights :(

The pool lit up with little lights at night, it was gorgeous. I spent hours in this pool, day and night until my fingers wrinkled up

Gotta love double sinks, when we get our own place I would LOVE this!

Thye filled up the bath during the turnover service and lit the candles, oh so romantic.

There was not one thing that we could fault about this room, every single detail was perfection.

I really really want to go back someday!! Maybe for an anniversary??
