The lure of the roll.

Well this place is famous for their Vietnamese rolls especially their Chilli chicken rolls.

On weekends, the line is out the door about 20 people deep. People line up and wait ages for these rolls! I have a couple of times...

Everyone at my work knows about this place and we often order mass amounts and they deliver to our office.

Their rolls are fresh and crunchy, there is something addictive about their tangy mayo, fresh lettuce, tomato, corriander, cucumber, onion, carrot, topped with shredded chicken, a special soy sauce and fresh raw chilli.

There is something about these rolls, that keep people coming back for more!

just $4.50 for a Chilli Chicken Roll.

Freshly chopped ingredients.

Chilli Chicken Roll... *drool*

Mmm yum!!

Now, I understand that everyone has their own opinions of Vietnamese rolls shops, that they are dodgy and un-hygenic. I'll have to admit though, I have been violently ill from them twice but I think on both occasions were due to the fact that I bought them and didn't eat them straight away.

It took me almost 2 years to go back and I've heard that they have stepped up their game and even opened a shop up in the city and Parramatta.

I guess you'll just have to taste it understand.
